Worldwide Italian Cuisine Celebration from 21st to 27th November!
In March 2nd 2015, during the international exhibition ExpoMilan and the creation of the first forum for the Italian cuisine, the first pact between the institutions and the world of cooking was signed. A memorandum with the theme «Understanding for the promotion abroad of the quality Italian cuisine».
The outcome, of this signed memorandum, is the «Week of Italian Cuisine in the World» with a purpose to project the quality, the identity and the perfection of Italian products and cuisine all over the world.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry, the Ministry of Education, in collaboration with the Ministry of Economic Development of Italy, officially support the mentioned attempt.
In the context of «Week of Italian Cuisine in the World», there are over 1.300 scheduled events in 105 countries all over the world and they are coordinated by the external network of the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
During the celebration week, the Italian television channels, RAI and MIPAAF, will be broadcasting live the scheduled events held by the representatives of the Italian cuisine from different countries.
Mare e Monti, as an original representative of the Italian hospitality and cuisine, participates in the «Week of Italian Cuisine in the World», by holding a Live Cooking of the famous Pastra Amatriciana from Pasquale Lembo in Monday 21 November and with a spectacular menu created specifically for the week.
